Time flies when you’re a virtual spaceport developer

Here’s a contemplative movie made by Earth Primbee at the beginning of time at Frontier Spaceport. Found in drafts on this untended blog. By now it’s a historical document, so much has changed. Space station Mir is still in orbit and the Bigelow inflatable habitat complex is nearby. Most activity these days is on the ground.

Get to low Earth orbit and you are halfway to anywhere in the solar system. Who said that? A small prize will awarded to the first correct answer in comments.

Here’s another short subject by Michael Potter that tells something about the genesis of SSI/SFF project in Second Life, bonus feature included in Orphans of Apollo DVD and also showing on mirforpeace youtube channel.
